  5. New recall 7/7? Safety belt

    Warranty and Service Issues
    Dealer called and said they couldn't let me take possession of my '16 SS because GM just sent them an email this morning with a new recall on safety belts (?).Can anyone confirm that there is a new recall?

    Looks like the 2016 SS order window will open on Aug1. Sold orders to be approved within 3 weeks.Production to start Oct 13.Edited on Aug 7 - Still waiting for the order window to open. Stay tuned for further developments.
